Booking Terms and Conditions

General

Winslade Manor Bar & Restaurant is the first phase of the larger Winslade Park estate development, the knock-on effect of being a part of a wider project is that not all of the amenities will be available at the time of opening and at times there maybe disruption to the delivery standards we aspire to.

Cancellation Policy

The Manor, Bar & Restaurant may require a credit card confirmation in which case at the time of making your reservation this information will be requested. Please note management reserves the right to switch this request on and off at anytime. 48Hrs notice is required for all cancellations.

Dress Code

The dress code for our main restaurant is smart casual; trainers, tracksuits, shorts and flip-flops are not allowed, apart from on the terrace.

Children

Children are welcome. However, no pushchairs are permitted after 6pm. Unfortunately we do not have baby changing facilities.

Animals

We do not allow dogs (or other animals) in the dining areas, lounges or bar (guide dogs excepted). Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome on the terrace.

Disabled Facilities

We have disabled toilets on the same level as the restaurant & bar. There is specific parking outside Winslade House, with access to The Manor via a lift. Please find a member of the Manor team upon arrival to escort you through.

Special Diets and Allergies

We will do our best to cater for our guests’ specific requirements, but we cannot guarantee that conformity will be 100%. We cannot accept responsibilities for any unintended deficiency or resultant reaction or illness, unless caused by our negligence.

Reservation Time

The Manor restaurant and bar has a 15 minute grace period for each table reservation. Please call us if you are running late. the reservation team may try and contact you to confirm or to request further details for your booking, please ensure that all of your contact details are correct at the time making your reservation.
