Winslade Manor welcomes you back for lunch service, offering a thoughtfully crafted menu that celebrates the best of the South West. Chefs Matt Downing has combined contemporary flair with timeless classics — from light starters and nourishing bowls to indulgent mains and handcrafted desserts.
Enjoy weekday favourites like Beef Short Rib with red wine jus, Prawn Linguine with chilli and lime, or our much-loved Manor Burger, served alongside vibrant vegetarian and vegan options such as Wild Mushroom Arancini and Bang Bang Cauliflower.
On Sundays, the Manor comes alive with the comforting aromas of our signature roasts — think rare roast sirloin of Dartmoor beef, maple-glazed pork belly, and a famous sharing board of locally sourced meats, all served with classic trimmings and proper gravy.
Christmas Lunch Menu
From 17 November, our Christmas Lunch Menu brings festive flair to the season, featuring dishes like Rosamund Farm free-range turkey, Loin of beef with braised cheek, and Dark chocolate delice with peanut and lime — perfect for gatherings with friends, family, or colleagues.
