Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership across all departments, fostering a high-performance culture. With the successful candidate being seen as the host for all busy services and events. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar, events, and outside catering contracts 
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Executive Chef on strategic planning and operational delivery

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations
