We’re really exciting to invite the owner of High Grange, based in the beautiful Blackdown Hills and Executive Chef, Luke Vandore-Mackay to Winslade Park. Luke cut his teeth in London as the founder of Brompton Food Market and The Hour Glass in Kensington.
Come and join Luke and Matt Downing for delicious locally sourced ingredients cooked lovingly over fire. Think ember roasted scallops and ‘dirty’ coated lamb rumps.
This one-off fire feast will include a welcome drink, Canapés and three amazing fire cooked courses.
