A relaxed wellbeing meet-up with Dr Maggie Irving.
This gathering is an opportunity to pause during the working day, connect with others across the park, and continue building a supportive and welcoming community.
We’re delighted to be joined by Dr Maggie Irving — a comedian, speaker and coach who explores how humour can support connection, confidence and wellbeing. With a background in performance, teaching and research, Maggie brings a unique and engaging perspective on the role of humour in everyday life and work. Her session will be informal and accessible, with space for conversation, reflection and shared experience.
Date: Tuesday 5 May | 1–2pm
Location: CWC New Office, Winslade House (First floor — left of the stairs and lifts)
Refreshment: Sweet and savoury pastries will be provided, with thanks to CWC for kindly hosting and supporting the session.
Women of Winslade is open to anyone who feels comfortable in a space centered around women’s community, wellbeing and connection.
Come along on your own or with a colleague — you’ll be warmly welcomed either way.
