At the heart of every Sunday is our open-fire cooking, where flames and smoke bring bold flavour and a touch of theatre to your meal. While the cooking always takes place outdoors over fire, your comfort comes first—on sunny days, dine on the terrace and soak up the atmosphere; when the weather turns, settle in indoors while still enjoying the full experience.
Begin with a beautifully prepared starter and finish with a decadent dessert, both served to your table. The highlight, however, is our fire-cooked main event—featuring signature dishes like succulent porchetta, whole fire-charred fish, and an ever changing selection of bountiful seasonal vegetables, all cooked on the fire frame and served with flair.
